Transportation
Transportation
Congress participants have several options to get to New Orleans Marriott from the Louis Armstrong Airport. Taxi service is $36 for up to two passengers. Shuttle service is $24 per person. The JET Airport-Downtown Express (E2) Bus is just $2 per person (it accepts all US coins and cash in denominations up to $20 bills). There is also Uber and Lyft ride share service available. We recommend that you do not rent a car -- downtown parking is limited and expensive. Once in New Orleans, consider buying a 1, 3 or 5-day RTA transit pass that is good for unlimited trolley or bus rides. The red-colored street cars are equipped for persons with disabilities. Consider touring New Orleans riding the historic streetcars!
